Initially, it was reported by the media that Dulquer Salmaan, Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar were cast in the film, but they dropped out of the film. In November 2016, it was announced that Anurag Kashyap will now be directing Manmarziyaan written by Kanika Dhillon. He then approached Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari to direct it, but she could not do it because of her "prior commitments". Rai was not happy with the rough cut and stopped the shooting. The project was originally to be directed by Sameer Sharma, who had shot some portions of the film, but producer Aanand L. Ultimately, Robbie forgives her and they reconcile. On the way, Rumi answers the questions Robbie had asked her. Rumi realizes that she is in love with Robbie and Vicky was never the "husband material" she was looking for. The next day, Robbie files for an annulment. When confronted, Robbie confesses that he loves Rumi but she and Vicky deserve each other. Robbie, realising that Rumi has cheated on him, gets heartbroken. Robbie, suspiciously, follows Rumi and ends up seeing her with Vicky. She ends up sleeping with Vicky the next day. He still reminds her that she has a choice. One day, Vicky shows up to tell Robbie about him and Rumi, she tells Robbie that she wants to stay married to him. She gradually starts getting comfortable with Robbie. Robbie and Rumi get married the next day. Rumi accepts the proposal but the night before the wedding, refuses to marry, believing Vicky has changed. However, nervous and immature, Vicky repeatedly gets cold feet.Įventually, she gives up on him and agrees to an arranged marriage with a mature and responsible banker, Robbie ( Abhishek Bachchan).
Rumi promises her family that Vicky will come with his parents to ask for her hand in marriage and if he doesn't show up, she will marry whomever her family chooses. One day they are caught by Rumi’s family and pressure builds for them to get married. I wish we had more shows like this.Rumi ( Taapsee Pannu), a young woman, is in love with Vicky ( Vicky Kaushal), a part-time DJ. I wish I could have been a part of this forum back in the days. Just had to tell you my feelings about the wonderful show. I will miss ArDhika and NeSam, but also, Teji, Changu and Mangu.Īll in all, very satisfied with the show. I loved that office and the people in it. I wish we had some more Bird-Song scenes. But if I could choose between Arjun and Neil for myself, I would definitely go for Neil. From a spectator's point of view, ArDhika is my OTP. I wish I could be as sweet and nice like her. Last but not least. What made the show epic for me is the main foursome: Radhika, Neil, Arjun and Sam. Even the villain Nandini made a dignified exit without throwing tantrums. This is probably the only show that I loved from first episode to the last episode. Thanks a ton to the team.especially the writers and the director(s). In fact, they enhanced it in the last few episodes. The team retained the central theme of friendship which was the essence of the show. Instead, the CVs gave us a beautiful epilogue and showed us how are happily living 2 years later, having resolved all their issues and remaining good friends. I am glad that they didn't waste time on all that mess. Because you cannot resolve such issues in minutes. The love confession was to-the-point but it was heartfelt. The reason for that is the brilliant epilogue 2 years in the future and the lack of melodrama. So, imagine my delight when I watched the last episode of Manmarzian and was more that satisfied. We all know that Indian television viewers rarely get a perfect ending to our shows. What I loved about the show is the consistency and.the ending. I would have loved to participate in it.īut, anyways.long story short: I binged watched it and finished watching it within 2 weeks. I certainly missed the discussion of episodes in India-forums.
I could have watched the show when it aired on TV a year ago. How could I not have known such an awesome show existed? I feel so much regret.
The first thing that attracted me was the good camerawork, the cinematography. But I am so glad I got a hold of this show. Manmarzian aired last year and I didn't even know the show existed until 2 weeks ago. While surfing that website, I came across Manmarziyan. I was getting bored and for some weird reasons, I stumbled onto hotstar.
I wanted to tell you guys about my encounter with. Strange thing is I watched Manmarziyan for the first time on 20th Nov, 2016.
In fact, the only shows I have watched from the start till the end are: IPKKND, Airlines, DMG, Ek Duje Ke Vaaste. I don't know who will read this considering the show ended more than a year ago.
